云亭之上，心归自然丨田野X北京三里屯壹号 Above the Cloud Pavilion, the heart returns to nature | Ye Tian X Sanlitun: Top-floor apartment in Beijing “结庐在人境，而无车马喧。”陶渊明笔下这一方宁静，恰是当代都市人对于居住空间的终极向往。在北京三里屯这一繁华鼎沸之地，SPACExxs 斯倍思设计事务所执笔“三里屯壹号”D户型650㎡高空宅邸，以「云亭」为理念，打造出一处“虽居闹市，如在山林”的理想栖居。项目坐落于三里屯洲际酒店之上约百米高空，俯瞰城景，远眺山色，不仅是一处居所，更是一场关于空间、自然与心灵的深度对话。 "I live in the human world, yet I am free from its chaos and hustle." The words written by the Yuanming Tao perfectly embody the ultimate ideal of contemporary urban dwellers regarding their living space. In the bustling center of Sanlitun, SPACExxs Design Studio has created a 650 square meter D-type apartment on the top floor of the high-rise building. The "Cloud Pavilion" concept aims to create an ideal living space that embodies the idea of living in the city center while feeling as if you are nestled deep in the mountains. The apartment is located approximately a hundred meters above the InterContinental Sanlitun Hotel, providing a panoramic view of the city and the distant mountain scenery. It is not merely a living space, but rather an inspiration for a profound inner dialogue on space, nature, and the soul. 一、立意：以云为亭，心栖高空 I. Concept: Pavilion in the Clouds - a retreat high above the ground “云亭”之题，取自中国传统建筑中“亭”的意象与“云”的缥缈相融合。亭，乃停憩之所，是观景之点，更是人与自然交汇的精神载体。而云，则象征着自由、变化与超越，恰如苏轼所言：“云散月明谁点缀，天容海色本澄清。”设计师田野以“云亭”为概念，意图在都市高空中营造一个既能远眺尘世、又可回归内心的静谧之境。 The "Cloud Pavilion" concept blends the traditional style architecture of Chinese pavilions with the peaceful serenity of floating clouds. The “Pavilion” represents a place of respite, where people can stop and admire the scenery, while also being a spiritual space where humans and nature come together. Clouds, on the other hand, symbolize freedom, change, and transcendence, which corresponds to Shi Su's poetic revelation: "As the gloomy clouds dissipate, the crescent moon appears - a spectacle whose origin remains unknown. However, the sky's true nature and the ocean's essence have always been clear, requiring no purification from outside." Designer Ye Tian used the "Cloud Pavilion" concept to create a peaceful space high above the urban landscape, where one can overlook the everyday world and explore their inner self. 在这一方云端的空间中，设计师田野以现代语言重新诠释了“亭”的空间形态——开放而非封闭，流动而非静止，轻盈而非沉重。整体布局以“聚气成团，因景生序”为原则，打破传统户型的隔阂，使光、风、景致自然流动，人在其中，步移景异，心随云卷。 In this cloud-filled space, designer Ye Tian reinterprets the spatial form of the "pavilion" in a modern way - open rather than closed, flowing rather than static, and light rather than heavy. The overall layout of the apartment is based on the principle of "Make order in harmony with the surroundings", breaking down the barriers that exist in traditional houses and allowing light, wind, and scenery to flow freely. When you enter this space, you will notice that the scenery changes with every step you take, creating a feeling of freedom that is similar to the movement of clouds. 二、空间叙事：山水入境，步步入画 II. Space as a narrative: The landscape enters the scene like a brush stroke on a painting canvas. “溪足山亭”是本案的空间主题词，取自中国传统园林“以小见大”的造园理念。设计师田野以“远山在目前，深山在足下”为线索，将自然意象融入现代居住功能之中。 The main theme of the project is "Mountain Pavilion by the Creek", which is inspired by the traditional Chinese landscape design concept of “revealing grandeur through minute details.” Ye Tian, inspired by the idea of making distant places feel as if they were right in front of you, incorporates the natural scenery of distant mountains into his concept of modern living design. 1.客厅：远山如黛，云影徘徊 1. Living Room: Misty mountains and drifting clouds. 客厅作为整个空间的视觉与动线核心，采用艺术漆墙面与天然石材地面，质感温润如玉，光影交错间如云如雾。一侧整面落地窗将城市天际线纳入视野，另一侧则通过一面半透光的屏风营造出“远山如黛”的朦胧意境。家具选型低矮而舒展，仿佛云团悬浮于空中，人居其间，如坐云上。 The living room, the heart of the entire space, features painted walls and natural stone floors with a warm and smooth texture. The play of light and shadow creates a misty atmosphere, as if the space is filled with clouds. On one side, a panoramic window reveals the city skyline. On the other side, a semi-transparent screen presents a hazy view of distant mountains. The furniture is low and spacious, like a cloud suspended in the air. When you sit on it, you feel like you are sitting on a soft cloud itself. 2. 餐厅与茶空间：流云入席，清风自来 2. Dining and Tea Area: Where drifting clouds settle as guests, and fresh breezes visit of their own volition. 餐厅与茶区延续了“云”的意象。餐桌选用深色大理石台面，搭配如云絮般柔软的餐椅，灯具则似云团簇拥，光线柔和而富有层次。餐厅一侧设置博古架，陈列主人收藏的茶器与艺术品，270度城市界面为背景，仿佛一幅正在晕染的山水长卷。 The dining and tea area continues the "clouds" theme with a dark marble dining table paired with soft dining chairs that are as fluffy as clouds. The lamps resemble clusters of clouds and provide a soft and pleasant light. A curio cabinet displaying precious tea-tasting utensils stands against a panoramic city view—transforming the window into an ink landscape painting. 3. 雪茄吧与书房：隐于市，静于心 3. Cigar Lounge & Study: A secluded retreat from the urban hustle. 这一区域更强调私密性与沉浸感。深色木饰面与金属细节搭配，营造出沉稳而高级的氛围。书架如云层叠置，书籍与器物陈列其间，宛若山间藏阁。窗外城市流光与室内静谧灯光交织，正是“闭门即是深山，读书随处净土”的现代诠释。 This area places great emphasis on privacy and immersion. The combination of dark wood and metallic elements creates a calm and sophisticated atmosphere. The bookshelves are arranged on the wall, resembling floating clouds, with books and other items displayed among them, like mountains hidden among the clouds. The fascinating interplay of bright city lights and soft indoor lighting creates a scene that evokes the classical philosophical idea of the benefits of solitude and self-discovery through reading books. 三、软装设计：云意绵绵，器物有灵 III. Interior Design: Lingering Clouds with Vibrant Accessories 软装设计是“云亭”理念的延伸与升华。SPACExxs 团队从云的形态、质感、光影中提取元素，贯穿于家具、灯具、布艺与艺术品之中。 The "Cloud Pavilion" concept is further enhanced by the choice of interior design elements. Inspired by the forms, textures, light and shadow play of clouds, the SPACExxs team integrates these cloud-related features into furniture, lighting fixtures, fabrics, and artwork. - 家具：多选用弧形、圆润的造型，如云团沙发、悬浮吧台，材质上以棉麻、羊毛、磨砂皮革为主，触感柔软，视觉轻盈。 - Furniture: Predominantly featuring curved and organic forms, such as cloud-like sofas and floating bar counters. Materials include cotton-linen blends, wool, and nubuck leather—prioritizing soft textures and visual lightness. - 灯具：吊灯与壁灯多采用异形金属、亚克力等可塑性较强的材料，形态如云如雾，光线柔和漫射，营造出“云中光”的意境。 - Lighting: Chandelier and wall lamps predominantly utilize malleable materials like sculpted metal and acrylic, their forms evoking clouds or mist. The soft, diffused light creates an ambiance of "illumination amidst clouds." - 布艺与地毯：地毯选用浅灰、米白等色调，纹理如云层流动；窗帘则采用透光纱帘，随风轻动，如云卷云舒。 - Textiles & Carpets: Carpets in pale gray and white hues feature textures that mimic flowing cloud layers. Sheer curtains in translucent gauze sway gently with the breeze, evoking the rhythmic unfurling and gathering of clouds. - 艺术品：墙面悬挂抽象云山画作，雕塑作品也多以流线型为主，呼应“行时如跃云端，坐收极致美景”的主题。 - Artwork: Walls are adorned with abstract paintings of cloud-wreathed mountains, while sculptures predominantly feature fluid, streamlined forms—echoing the theme of "ascending to cloud heights in motion, embracing ultimate beauty in repose." 四、文化深度：云亭之中，见天地见自我 IV. Cultural Depth: Discover space, discover your true self. “云亭”不仅是一个设计主题，更是一种东方生活哲学的当代实践。正如王维在《终南别业》中写道：“行到水穷处，坐看云起时。”“云”代表的是变化与无常，而“亭”则是静止与观照。在这一动一静之间，人得以超越日常的喧嚣，回归本心。 "Cloud Pavilion" is not just a design theme, but also a modern interpretation of an Eastern philosophy of life. Wei Wang, in his essay "MY RETREAT AT MOUNT ZHONGNAN," wrote, "When I reach the end of the creek, I sit and watch the clouds rise." Clouds represent change and impermanence, while pavilion symbolize stillness and contemplation. Between movement and stillness, people can escape the chaos of daily life and reconnect with their true selves. 设计师田野援引宋代画家郭熙《林泉高致》中“远山取其势，近山取其质”的观照方式，将窗外城市景观视为“远山”，将室内材质与细节视为“近山”，使居者在空间中同时获得宏阔与细微的双重体验。 Designer Ye Tian draws inspiration from the Song Dynasty painter Xi Guo's perspective in "Lin Quan Gao Zhi": "Distant mountains are captured for their momentum; nearby mountains are captured for their texture." He reinterprets the urban landscape beyond the window as "distant mountains" and the interior materials and details as "nearby mountains," allowing occupants to simultaneously experience both the grand and the intimate within the space. 五、结语：在云端，造一个家 V. Epilogue: Make a Home Above the Clouds “云亭”项目的真正价值，不在于其材料的奢华或视野的稀缺，而在于它提供了一种在都市中“隐居”的可能性。正如SPACExxs 主创设计师田野所言：“我们希望空间不仅是身体的容器，更是精神的栖息地。” The true value of the "Cloud Pavilion" project lies not in the luxury of its materials or the exclusivity of its views, but rather in its ability to offer a sense of "seclusion" within the urban environment.
